Company directors and independent professionals must contribute the full 22% calculated against the official Andorran Average Wage (Salari Medi):

Standard Contribution Base: 100% of the statutory average wage (~€520/month at 22%).
Reduced Quota (Startups / Low Income): Reduced brackets of 25%, 50%, or 75% available during early operations.
Exemption for Passive Residents: Non-lucrative residents do not pay CASS but must hold private health insurance.
